Our farm is located in the northernmost county of Idaho, just 3 miles south of the Canadian border. For nearly 100 years, four generations of our family have been farming the fertile soils of the Kootenai Valley. We take pride in caring for the land and use sustainable farming practices to produce our crops. Grains used in our flours are produced and stone milled here on our farm. We strive to produce quality products that are always GMO FREE!... At Farm to Market Grains, we take grains harvested by Houck Farms, Inc. and turn them into something light, fluffy, and eventually, delicious! Our stone-milled flour offerings include Hard White Spring Wheat Flour, Soft White Winter Wheat Flour, High-Fiber Barley Flour, Pancake Mix, and several seasonal bread mixes.
