FLAMINGO IN THE BACKYARD - Key Persons

Natalya Kwiatkowski started as a teacher at a public pool, for a summer session. It became obvious to her that group lessons often did not match the learning abilities of many swimmers. Natalya decided that many children would benefit from private swimming lessons that were tailored to the child's learning style so that they could more quickly achieve confidence as a swimmer. For this reason, in 2011 Natalya started Hippo in the Bathtub. Through the company Natalya strives to ensure that convenient and quality swim instruction is available to everyone in Ottawa. To date, Hippo in the Bathtub has taught over a thousand students in the Ottawa area.
