Joel is the newest member of the HESP Executive Board. He has served on the contract negotiation committee for three years before accepting the Treasurer position.
Joel graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, majoring in Computer Science.
He also has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Hartford. He is currently a Network Engineer at MHIS.
