Malcolm also has 25 years of experience resolving civil disputes as a mediator. He is a panel mediator for the United States District Court, Central District of California. Malcolm has litigated issues for a wide variety of businesses including those in the venture capital formation, retail, textile, manufacturing, import/export, real estate investment, aviation and publishing industries. He is keenly aware of the legal and business needs of his clients, and provides strategic solutions to commercial disputes that help enable his clients' businesses to keep moving forward. He also has experience in cross-border negotiations and has an established network of colleagues throughout the globe assisting in foreign countries as needs arise. Malcolm's practice has included representation of clients in most forums, including a range of administrative forums, statewide and nationally. Michael is the founder and President of Hiller Enterprise. He is an entrepreneur, real estate broker, and tax accountant. Michael attended the University of Arizona. While at UofA Michael not only obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Business minor but also started a successful fraternity on campus; Sigma Alpha Mu"Sammy Chapter". Michael then went on to receive his Accounting certificate by attending UCLA's Accounting program. Michael has worked in various industries including recruitment, banking, real estate, and accounting. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley with two CPA parents who ran a 30 year success family business, He worked at his families business but as a Millennial himself he felt his peers needed more assistance then most accounting firms could offer. Thus, four years ago, he established, Hiller Enterprise. With his diverse background, his business has strived to assist millennial clients with their needs. Michael understands that most business and investment discussions were not taught in high school and many colleges causing a great deal of confusion and even financial problems down the road. This helped him establish Hiller Enterprise values of assisting his clients with starting a business, taxes, and/or getting involved in real estate investments. When Michael is not in the office running his business he finds himself enjoying his hobbies. Michael involves himself with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation as a community sponsor and patient. Vanessa is the Chief Operating Officer of Hiller Enterprise. She oversees partnership relationships, agreements, and contracts. Additionally, she also manages all departments of Hiller Enterprise. With her, self-taught experience she has managed to revamp Hiller Enterprise's social media accounts and website. She has used all her knowledge to influence the company's public relations. Vanessa is always willing to take over roles when necessary and has been part of the company since founded which makes her the best candidate for this role. Vanessa studied Legal Studies at the University of La Verne and received her paralegal certificate from Los Angeles Valley College extension program. She has over ten years of experience in the legal field specializing in labor/workers compensation law and has worked in top workers compensation law firms prior to working with Hiller Enterprise. She also received her Associates Degree in Anthropology from Los Angeles Valley College. Vanessa has studied business, communications, anthropology, legal studies, and media design her various traits makes her a huge asset to the company. When she is not in the office or at office related events Vanessa enjoys her hobbies. Vanessa is a part of the World Wildlife Fund and loves to participate in their species step challenges that helps contribute to the wildlife animal of the foundation's choice. She is also a proud donor to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) an organization that was founded on the belief that animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment in the hands of humans and under the law. Vanessa is also a proud donor to the Best Friends Animal Society an organization that prides themselves in working to save the lives of dogs and cats all across America giving pets a second chance. Aside from her philanthropic interest, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, fiancé, and her dogs and cats. She likes to read various books, go to the beach, attend yoga, reiki and sound mediation classes, as well as learning more about sustainability.
