Brad joined the company as Executive Vice President - Business Development in 2020 and has spent over 30 years starting and building businesses in the industrial services sector. Brad started his career in the Leak Detection and Repair field working with his partners to develop innovative approaches to improve the delivery of high-quality, technology-driven, and integrity-based services. These markets included US, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Caribbean-based operations. His current role is focused on business development strategy, geographic expansion, and customer relations. Working closely with our regional branches, he is focused on maintaining our growth objectives by collaborating with senior management to achieve our customer driven approach of best in class services.

Chris joined ISS in 2022 and has over 25 years of success in the industrial and mechanical services industries. With experience ranging from design and R&D to all aspects of engineering and quality management, he is committed to furthering the standards of quality. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and sits on multiple ASME committees.

Colin was appointed COO in 2022. An experienced business leader, Colin formerly worked as the Executive Vice President at ISS. Prior to that, he ran significant operations in multiple countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the West Coast of the United States, and Texas. "At every stop along his nearly 37-year career Colin has improved many organizations materially," said Gary Gardner, Chief Executive Officer. Through his out-front leadership, his in-depth knowledge of engineered technical solutions, his tireless commitment, and his ability to create meaningful relationships with employees and customers, Colin is an incredible asset to our team.
Dustin is the Regional Vice President of our Southeast region at ISS/Leak Sealers. He joined our team in June of 2022 and has spent over eighteen years managing industrial services, operations, and administrative roles. Upon graduating from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS). Dustin is a proven profit and process-driven leader who consistently hits targets and reduces costs, thus maximizing our employee potential and ensuring future success.

Dustin joined ISS as Vice President of HSE in January 2022. Board certified in the USA and Canada (CSP & CRSP), and chartered in the UK (CMIOSH), Dustin is an experienced HSE executive with 15+ years of experience in HSE leadership roles across multiple industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing, power generation, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and recycling. Dustin has contributed to the safety profession through volunteer work, serving on boards and committees, speaking at local and national conferences, and authoring articles that have been published in Professional Safety, the peer-reviewed professional journal of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
Francisco has worked with ISS since its inception. Francisco is a national award-winning senior executive and Chief Information Officer with over 25 years of success in the IT, oil & gas, and industrial services industries. Francisco's experience includes managing multi-million-dollar technology investments, mergers & acquisitions, and IT organizations in private and public companies. Francisco has a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas.

Gary took over as CEO of ISS/LeakSealers in 2022 after serving as our COO since its inception in 2020. He has over 30 years of experience as a leader in the industrial services and engineered solutions industries. Gary believes his greatest role is establishing the culture of the company and is dedicated to developing a culture centered around safety and collaboration. He believes the path to success is to focus on having the best people in key roles where they can best influence the business. He is focused on recruiting and bringing in the industry's best talent who are passionate about what they do. Ultimately he believes a small group of passionate people can accomplish more than a huge group of people who are indifferent about their jobs. Shane is the Regional Vice President of our Gulf Coast region. He has been with ISS since 2019 and has been in the industrial services industry for over 25 years. Shane began his career as a field technician with a focus on Leak Sealing, Composite Repair, and Hot Tap/Line Stop services. His career growth has led him through roles of Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Vice President giving him a well-versed background to lead our Gulf Coast region.

Steven is the Regional Vice President of the ISS North East and Midwest Regions. He has been a part of the ISS/Leak Sealing team since the company's inception in 2020. Steven has over 44 years in industrial services and has gone to school for Business and Leak Sealing certifications. He started his extensive career as a field technician performing Leak Sealing and Hot Taps acquiring valuable hands-on techniques. He would continue to grow his career running Field Crews until he was promoted to Branch Manager in 1986. Steven would go on to be a Regional Manager, Regional V.P., and take on Operations Management roles as early as 2008.
