Jack Briggs became President & CEO of Springs Rescue Mission in October 2020. He lived in Colorado Springs briefly as an infant before his military father was transferred to Hawaii, and then to California. He returned to the area in 1982 to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, graduated in 1986 and then headed to pilot training. He spent the first 20 years of his 31-year military career as a pilot before ascending to leadership, eventually becoming a Major General. His final role in the Air Force was as Director of Operations for U.S. Northern Command headquarters in Colorado Springs. He served on the board of Springs Rescue Mission in 2017 before retiring from the military that same year. Upon his retirement, he and his wife Margaret of 32 years (who share three kids together) moved to the East Coast, where he served as New York University's vice president of Global Resiliency and Security.

Jeff Cook started with Springs Rescue Mission in August of 2013. He is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he worked in the business and ministry sectors for more than 30 years. He has owned and operated multiple businesses and has been a corporate executive with several well-known companies. Prior to joining Springs Rescue Mission, Jeff was the Vice President of Operations for Foods of New Mexico, where he was responsible for over 30 restaurants. Jeff is a graduate of City Vision University with a bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management. As the VP of Programs and Operations, Jeff leads the Housing, Health and Work programs. He also oversees the Mission's social impact enterprises (Springs Rescue Enterprises) which include Mission Catering, Samaritan Coffee at 225 and City Gate Motors.

Terry started with the Springs Rescue Mission in March of 2013 after 31 years in the private and public sectors of the Information Technology industry. He led sales, support and engineering teams serving business clients throughout Southern Colorado. Terry has held volunteer leadership and board positions in a number of church, nonprofit and community organizations. He currently serves on the board of Cadence International, a Christian non-profit ministering to U.S. and foreign military members around the world. He attends Discovery Church. Terry has a B.S. in Biblical Education from Multnomah University, a Graduate Certificate from UCCS in Nonprofit Management and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Chapman University.

Travis Williams

Travis Williams is a Colorado native with a passion for seeing people thrive. He joined the Springs Rescue Mission team as Chief Development Officer in 2016 and quickly became recognized as an inspirational community leader. He sits on local and international nonprofit boards, coaches youth soccer, and volunteers at church and in the community. As a donor-funded nonprofit, Travis helps connect the community to the life-transformational work accomplished through SRM. Prior to joining SRM, he offered leadership, strategic planning, and relational development, and fundraising expertise to national and international nonprofits. This came after nearly a decade of serving as a wealth consultant for large financial institutions. Travis graduated from Colorado State University with a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing and has a Mousters Degree from Disney University. He's married to Devon, has three children, and loves to enjoy the beauty of Colorado through camping, hiking, running, flyfishing, and cycling.
