EVERGREEN ILS

This is the project site for Evergreen, a highly-scalable software for libraries that helps library patrons find library materials, and helps libraries manage, catalog, and circulate those materials, no matter how large or complex the libraries. © 2008-2020 GPLS and others. Evergreen is open source software, freely licensed under GNU GPLv2 or later. The Evergreen Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization... The Evergreen development community is still growing, with about eleven active committers and roughly 80 individuals who have contributed patches (as of April, 2016). However, the Evergreen community is also marked by a high degree of participation by the librarians who use the software and contribute documentation, bug reports, and organizational energy. As such, Evergreen is very much about both the developers *and* the users.
