While working with the Foundation of Cannabis Unified Standards (FOCUS), Chelsea was instrumental in evolving cannabis policy on an international, federal, and state level. Additionally, Chelsea handled client relations & onboarding for FOCUS, overseeing all internal and external special projects, assisting with licensing applications, advised with the team to the United Nations on their CBD vote and was one of the 11 people who wrote the hemp model code for the FDA. In 2015 Chelsea founded Seche Strategies to leverage her intuitive understanding of the cannabis business environment, complex regulatory framework, and emerging retail trends to help businesses in all stages of the cannabis industry flourish and build their businesses with a lasting framework.
