On this particular order, an order of fried rice wasn't delivered, but considering we order so regularly and usually only order 1 fried rice, I think the mistake was really easy to make. We called and Spicy House was more than willing to send out the missing order, though we opted to get the item refunded by GrubHub. The take away: I rarely see order mistakes, and they're happy to fix the ones that do occur... Great food! We reordered within 5 days (last night, in fact). Love ordering and payment processes. Rice a tad bit dry - prefer more of a stickier rice. But that's personal preference. Already talked up to friends because experiences with other supposed Chinese restaurants in Longmont have been HORRIBLE.
