SUMMIT DETOX - Key Persons
Angela has worked in the substance abuse and mental health community for more than 17 years. She previously relocated to South Florida 12 years ago with her family from Lake Orion, Michigan; currently holding an Associate Nursing Degree from Azure College and Early Learning Pre-K Associate Degree from Palm Beach College. Within the last year, she has joined the Summit team as a staff Registered Nurse, and through her hard work and dedication has served as the Lead Nurse, and now Nurse Manager at Summit Detox.

Carolyn DuBois has been a member of the Summit team since 2015, starting as a BHT and due to her passion and dedication to the program is now the Operations Manager. Carolyn came to Florida in 2014 from NY to start her own sobriety journey and now uses what she has learned to help others through the first steps of recovery.
Dr. Daud is a double board-certified Psychiatrist with specialty training in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry. He specializes in substance use disorders and mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. Dr. Daud graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Business Management and then earned his MD from Saint George University School of Medicine. Dr. Daud has had professional training at the University of Miami Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Miami VA. Dr.Daud was chief Psychiatric Resident at the Miami VA and was also involved in clinical research at the Cleveland Clinic and National Institute of Mental Health.
Jordan DeMarie has been with Transformations since 2009, wearing many hats in her time with the company. She started off as a receptionist, moved to office manager, followed by six years in Utilization Review before becoming Director of Revenue Management. Jordan is now the VP of Administration who works directly under the CEO. She oversees the Quality Assurance department and licensing standards to ensure compliance with standards set forth by The Department of Children and Families, The Joint Commission, and all accrediting bodies.

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Kim Neuparth, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master Certified Addiction Professional, graduated with a Master of Science in mental health counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in addiction from Liberty University. Kim is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and is a Certified First Responder Counselor. Kim's desire is to help the hurting to find grace and healing in the midst of their pain. Kim's approach is to collaborate with her clients, using integrative evidenced-based therapy to positively impact client progress and bring healing and wholeness.
Leanne has been part of the leadership team at Summit Detox since its inception and has extensive experience in the substance abuse field in medical records, and as a BHT, BHT Supervisor, Utilization Review Coordinator, Patient Services Coordinator and MBHT Supervisor. Leanne played a large part in helping Summit gain its DCF, CARF and current JHACO accreditations. Her additional medical experience was in the Radiology Department as an X-Ray Tech in various hospitals. She is a lifelong Florida resident and attended Florida State University.

- Transformations in 2016 As the Executive Director of Patient Services
Lisa joined Transformations in 2016 as the Executive Director of Patient Services and was responsible for overseeing Transformations' Admissions, Alumni, Patient Advocacy and Business Development functions. Lisa joined Transformations from Kipu Systems, a SaaS EMR system for the addiction treatment industry, where she worked as a patient services manager. Lisa, prior to immigrating to the United States in 2015, held a number of senior sales and marketing positions in the rental, fleet management and logistics industry culminating as Sales Manager for Avis South Africa. Lisa also started several businesses as part of the RSR Companies in South Africa where she was, at various time, responsible for overall strategy, sales, marketing, website development and finance. In September 2018, Lisa became a member of Transformations' executive team when she was promoted to the role of Chief Marketing Officer and added responsibility for the Company's marketing functions to her previous responsibilities. Lisa was educated in Johannesburg, South Africa and attended university classes towards a degree in Psychology.
Matt joined Transformations in May 2010 as the Company's Admissions Coordinator after serving in a number of sales-related roles. Matt was promoted to Director of Admissions and in that role significantly expanded the Company's patient base and also hired business development professionals and expanded the Company's on-line presence. In 2013, Matt became part of the Transformations executive team when he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Administration. As EVP of Administration, Matt continued to run Admissions and Marketing and added responsibility for Human Resources and all the collections and billing functions. In this role, Matt played a pivotal role in establishing the Company's Summit Detox and Pinnacle Testing businesses. In 2018, Matt accepted the role of President of Transformations and now oversees all the Company's operations and is responsible for determining the Company's strategic growth initiatives. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Psychology from Taylor University.

Michelle Blair is a nationally certified nurse practitioner who specializes in addiction and psychiatry medicine at Summit Detox. She earned her Bachelor and Masters of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She completed her Post-Master's Psychiatric-Mental Health certificate program at University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms. Blair holds two national board certifications with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AAPN) as a family nurse practitioner and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Patrick joined Transformations as Chief Financial Officer in June 2018. Patrick began his career in the auditing group at Price Waterhouse Coopers and served in positions of increasing responsibility in a number of privately held businesses including Carnival Corporation, parent company of Carnival Cruise Lines, and First Fleet Corporation where he led the implementation of Sox compliant internal controls and accounting procedures and the transition of the company to a division of a larger, publicly-traded corporation. Patrick joined Transformations after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Watchbox, a private-equity owned jewelry platform with operations in the U.S. and China. Patrick has broad experience in building finance teams, developing the planning and analysis functions, integrating cross-function process improvement and integrating mergers and acquisitions. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.

Ragen Stone is the Executive Vice President of Nursing at Summit Detox and Mental Health. She is a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. She has experience as Director of Nursing at two other facilities in South Florida before coming on board with Summit. She has her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
