Everytime you answer someone's message with text "thx" the bot will write this event down. You can analyse who got the most of "thanks" then... 1. Add bot @thefeedbackbot to your chat group and make it admin. Bot needs acces to the messages in the chat group, otherwise it will not be able to determine authors to receive thanks.
