The Fit LAB was founded in 2016. Owner and former professional athlete, Tristan Smith, discovered the opportunity as a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness. Mansfield is considered a hot bed of young athletes, but there has been little access for them to maintain their fitness levels. The Fit Lab USA has filled that void... The Fit Lab USA is partnered with Fieldhouse USA, a community based multi purpose indoor facility that offers a variety of sporting activities. The Fit Lab serves the Mansfield community as a premier training facility. Functional development is key and we utilize versatile equipment for our clientele... We are located in Mansfield, Texas. Since 2016, The Fit Lab has provided an opportunity for local athletes to develop themselves to the next level. The Fit Lab USA is located 650 U.S. 287 Frontage Road Suite 150 Mansfield, TX 76063. Our ambitious location serves a wide range of ages from 6 years old all the way to professional athletes.
