Nichole started in healthcare at the age of 18 as a Nurse's Assistant, where she realized her passion for making a difference. She pursued her nursing degree and has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years, working within several local healthcare systems. Her primary focus has been in home health, chronic disease/case management, and specialty care. Her philosophy of providing world-class healthcare is simple: "When you take the time to meet people where they're at, you have the ability to make a lasting impact."
Norma was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She enjoys gardening, hiking, reading books, going to art museums, and spending time with family.
Norma has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alverno College and has over 10 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in both hospital and home health settings, and is an invaluable part of our mission to help you make today better than yesterday!
