Chrissie Chitty

Chrissie joined Arins Property Services in 2024 having previously worked in the property industry for several years for a local competitor, predominately in the role of sales progression. She brings a wealth of experience to her new role in transaction support, dealing with the home moving process from offer acceptance through to completion of the sale. Chrissie's friendly, calming, yet professional approach and expertise in this field enable her to guide buyers and sellers alike, through the minefield that is the legal process, ensuring customers benefit from a smooth, hassle-free move.

Harry Hook

Harry began his career with Arins Property Services in 2011 as a Trainee Sales Consultant. In his time with the company, Harry has mastered all areas of our industry, and quickly progressed to the role of Branch Manager within our Lower Earley office. Harry has gained an enviable reputation within the local community, as is evidenced by the numerous 5-star All Agents customer reviews he has received over the years.

James Anderson

James joined the company in 2020 having worked with a large independent estate agency beforehand. His first role was as Sales Consultant, however, due to hard work and determination, he was soon promoted to the position of Valuation Manager within the Tilehurst office. James's local knowledge is second to none and his desire to provide first-class customer service, which is in line with the company ethos, is most probably the reason why he is so popular with his customers and colleagues alike.

Letitia Dykes

Letitia is one of Arins longest serving staff members having worked within the company on two separate occasions since 2011. Letitia is the heartbeat of the company and has worked in most departments during her time with us. However, she has found her niche within our lettings department and has become a very popular Property Manager with both her colleagues and customers.

Mark Jackson

Mark was appointed in 2020 to head up the Lower Earley lettings department, bringing with him many years industry experience having previously established an excellent reputation working with the local Landlord community whilst working for another local estate agent. During his time with Arins Property services, Mark has played a key role in the ongoing growth and development of our management portfolio, whilst ensuring Landlords and tenants alike receive outstanding customer service.

Richard Broomes

Richard co-founded Arins Property Services in 2009 having worked for a successful independent local estate agent for many years. He then headed up the opening of the Tilehurst office in 2016 and helped re-establish our successful lettings department in 2020. Richard is based at our Winnersh head office, where his focus is on providing staff training and sourcing the latest technology to ensure customers receive a first-class service offering.

Rosie Cooper

Rosie joined Arins Property Services in 2023 having previously worked for a Letting Estate Agency in Reading town centre where she managed a large residential property portfolio, and therefore brings a wealth of experience to her role.
