Hamid is the CEO of Tolerance International. He has over 25 years experience in the charitable sector, he has started up and lead 12 different organisations providing Aid and Relief, Education, and environmental services worldwide. Hamid has a strong passion for people and the planet. He has written extensively on social development and cultural and religious diversity, some of which have turned in to documentaries. Hamid was also the originator of a number of fundraising models now widely used in the charitable sector.

Ling heads the carbon footprinting team of TICOFF. She has a BSc in Environmental Science and a MSc in Climatology (Quaternary Science). Ling is passionate about the environment and has been actively involved in recycling campaigns in Singapore. During her travels, she also worked as a volunteer in a reforestation project in Guatemala.

Leon is a retired Scottish businessman now heads TICOFFs business relations,and has over 40 years of experience in the financial sector. Naftali is Director of Operations TI-UK. He has a long history in negotiations and implementation of a number of environmental treaties at local, national and international level. He has published widely on issues related to the environment. Naftali has worked in several ministries including agriculture and foreign affairs. Renzo is the President of Tolerance Peru, an engineer by training and an archaeologist by passion, he is one of the founding members and vicepresident of IISSAA (an International Institute for research and development of the Ando-Amazon region). In the last twenty years Renzo has been active in the promotion and implementation of development programmes for local communities in the Andes; equally at ease with ministers and peasants, he is a vigorous advocate of direct action for development.

His activity today consists mainly in helping disadvantaged people to find a proper place in the labour market.
