In addition to our full-service rental department, we are the on-site rental manager for Amelia South Condominiums and The Oceans of Amelia which are both oceanfront complexes. Amelia South is a 92-unit condominium comprised of two and three bedroom units. The Oceans of Amelia is a 42-unit condominium with two bedroom units. We have separate staffs and reservations systems at both locations... Amelia South Condominiums offer a central beachfront location on South Fletcher Avenue, spacious units and easy access to all that Amelia Island has to offer...
