Alexandra Boakes Tracy - President

Alexandra Boakes Tracy is President of Hoi Ping Ventures in Hong Kong, which she founded to provide research and consulting on investment in low carbon energy and infrastructure in Asian emerging markets. Alexandra began her career as an investment banker in Hong Kong and Singapore, and then ran a number of start-up businesses, including a software company and a publishing and information business. Following the sale of the latter, she was for several years Vice President - Strategy at First Eastern Investment Group, an independent private investment group in Hong Kong. Alexandra is a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, an Active Private Sector Observer to the United Nations Green Climate Fund and an Advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology's Asian Family Business Research Centre. She was non-executive Chairman of the Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia for six years, stepping down in 2015, and was instrumental in establishing the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change during this period. She also sits on a number of corporate and non-profit boards in Hong Kong, including Tom Hugh Limited, where she is non-executive Chairman, and The Indus Entrepreneurs Hong Kong Chapter. Alexandra speaks and writes regularly on sustainable finance, development and infrastructure issues. She has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and MA degrees from Yale University and Cambridge University.

Ana Sharp - CEO, Founder

Prior to founding APIC, Ana was President and CEO of International Finance News Institute from 2010-2013. IFN is a member company of First Eastern Investment Group based in Hong Kong, and an affiliate of International Finance News, a publication under the People's Daily, China's People's Party official media. From 2003-2010 and 2013-2014, she was President - Asia Pacific, at a FTSE 250 media group based in Hong Kong. Previously, Ana was a Director at Asian Venture Capital Journal where she led and produced PE/VC events in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, USA (Silicon Valley), India, and Europe. She began her career in Manila and New York City in various roles at a media and hospitality conglomerate and as a Public Affairs Manager of a global FMCG company where her affinity to public affairs and social investing established its roots. In cooperation with Asian Central Banks, Ministers of Finance and Economy, Ana spearheaded and produced annual cross-border investment dialogues and issuer-investor summits for China, Japan, India, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Brazil, United Kingdom, and Australia. These high-level stakeholder dialogues were held either in-country or in New York, London, Frankfurt, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In recent years, due to increasing sovereign collaborative investments in Asian frontier markets, she works closely with policy leaders, asset owners and financial markets regulators in the SAARC economies (South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation), specifically Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, and India. Ana currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two daughters.

Ashish currently works as the MD and CEO of BSE, the first stock exchange of India. BSE is ranked as the largest exchange in the world in terms of number of stocks listed. Ashish has been given the Distinguished Alumnus Award for the year 2014 by his alma mater, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. In 2014, he has also received the best CEO in the Financial Markets in the Asia Pacific by the Asian Banker. He has been ranked amongst the 60 most influential Gujaratis in the world for last 2 consecutive years by Chitralekha, the largest selling Gujarati magazine. He was also ranked amongst the top 50 Chief Information Officer (CIO) by several magazines and institutions between 2005 and 2009 including CIO Magazine US, Information Week, US etc. Ashish is best known as the father of modern financial derivatives in India. He was part of a small team of 5 people selected from IDBI to set up National Stock Exchange (NSE). At NSE, he set up the first commercial satellite network, initial technology platform, Nifty index, NSE's certification in financial markets (NCFM), listing, derivatives markets etc. At BSE, he has been responsible to bring the fastest trading system in India with 200 microseconds response time. In addition, he has also been responsible for revamping of BSE, bringing equity, currency and interest rate derivatives to BSE, introducing mobile trading system in India and several other achievements. Ashish is considered as one of the foremost experts in financial market policies, microstructure, Information technology, organized retail, telecommunications, Indian social issues, cricket etc. He also worked as the CEO of a cricket team in its formative years - Mumbai Indians in addition to his role as the President and CIO of Reliance group. He currently serves on the Board of ICCL, CDSL, BSE Institute Limited and Marketplace Technologies Limited. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of IIIT D&M, Jabalpur. He also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Technology of FMC, member of several SEBI committees (including Primary Market Advisory Committee and Secondary Market Advisory Committee), Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Money, Foreign Exchange and Government Securities Markets of RBI and has served on various other government and regulatory committees; CBDT and FMC, among others in the past. He is also a member of the UK-India Financial Partnership constituted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Daisuke Hamaguchi

Daisuke Hamaguchi is the Chief Investment Officer of Pension Fund Association (PFA), Japan. He is responsible for managing its assets totaling US$110 billion. He leads a team of seven directors, and an investment staff of 30, which oversee the following groups; Domestic and International Equities, Fixed Income, Alternative Investments, Private Equities, Real Estate, Investment Strategies, and Administration. He joined PFA in 2005. Prior to joining PFA, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Mitsubishi Corporation Pension Fund, and was also the Deputy Treasurer of Mitsubishi Corporation. Prior to these positions, he worked for Mitsubishi's Capital Markets Group for over 20 years. There he worked in a broad range of areas throughout the firm, including M&A advisory work, private equity investment, corporate finance, derivatives trading, ABS and MBS portfolio management, hedge fund investment, and trading of copper. He lived in London from 1990 to 1999. He received a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan, and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Man Juttijudata has a background in Engineering. He received his undergraduate degree from Chulalongkorn University and his master's degree from Columbia University in New York, USA. He also received a scholarship to pursue Ph.D. from George Washington University in DC. After gaining some work experiences in the US, he returned to Thailand. He joined TISCO as specialist in economic and financial modeling covering Equity, Fixed Income and Currency. Later, he moved to Kasikorn Asset Management as Risk Manager. He was involved not only in Risk and Performance Measurement but also in Derivatives and Structured Funds. Dr. Man Juttijudata joined Government Pension Fund (GPF) in the same field of Risk Management. After this role, he was made Head of Investment Strategy Department responsible for long-term Strategic Asset Allocation and short-term Tactical Asset Allocation. He was also a member of Asset Allocation team, Fund Manager Selection team, and Member Investment Choice team. Due to his exemplary performance, he was promoted as Assistant Secretary-General responsible for Strategic Management and Business Development, Corporate Consulting Group. This latest promotion and current role is Chief Risk Officer responsible for Investment Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Hideo KONDO

Hideo Kondo graduated from Waseda University, and joined The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan. He also holds Post Graduate Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, U.K. He was selected and conferred status of Leader and Fellow by the Rockefeller Foundation (USA) in Environment and Development. Mr. Jairath has over 30 years of experience in public administration, infrastructure, finance, industry, urban development, environmental management, and a touch of the private sector occupying various important positions in the Government of India and the State Government of Maharashtra. He started his professional career as an Assistant Collector in 1984 and has worked as Municipal Commissioner and Director in the Ministry of Environment, Government of India. He was also Secretary to the Governor of Maharashtra and Managing Director, SICOM. He served as Principal Secretary (Industries), Government of Maharashtra between February 2005 and March, 2008 and was instrumental in formulating various policies for Infrastructure and Industrial Development as also setting up of SEZs, Financial Centres and IT Parks resulting in huge investments and economic development in Maharashtra. Mr. Jairath is credited with out of box thinking and being proactive in wooing investors and for making Maharashtra the most favoured investment destination. During his tenure he was responsible for bringing in 93 mega industrial projects with total investment commitments of over 30 Billion USD. Some of the big names in these mega projects included Boeing, General Motors, Volkswagen, International Trucks, Mico Bosch, Renault, Siemens, Dailmer Chrysler, Microsoft, etc. He has also been actively associated with Infrastructure initiatives for Power Generation in private sector as well as the Mumbai Urban Transport Project, Mumbai Rapid Transport System, Toll Roads and Trans Harbour Link and the proposed green field International Airports at Navi Mumbai and Pune. He worked as Managing Director of State Industrial and Investment Corporation of Maharashtra (SICOM), and was instrumental in turning around the organization, in a very short period, to a healthy, profit making financial institution. He has also been a Director on the Boards of Mahanagar Gas Ltd., Manganese Ore India Ltd., United Western Bank, Sangli Bank Ltd., Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Maharashtra Airport Development Company and Maharashtra Maritime Board. Robert G. VERGARA

Mr. Vergara is presently the President and General Manager of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS). Concurrently, eh sits as a Member of the Board of Directors of Philippine Stork Exchange, National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Philippine National Construction Corporation and the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council. Prior to his appointment to GSIS, Mr. Vergara was Managing Director and the Founding Partner of Cannizaro Limited (Hong Kong), a multi-strategy hedge fund manager investing in Asian markets. He was a Principal of Morgan Stanley Ltd. from 1997 to 2001 where he set up and managed each firm's Asian proprietary trading activities. Immediately before that, Mr. Vergara worked at IFM Trading, a pioneering hedge fund based in the city of London that specialized in arbitrage and derivative trading strategies in global capital markets. He graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in Massachusetts, USA, in 1986 and he earned his Bachelor of Science Degrees in Management Engineering and Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1982.
