I have lived and worked in Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic, Italy, and I am currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Throughout my career, I've participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, Shanghai, Milan, Toyota City, and Chicago... My work brings together traditional and contemporary elements, and unites East and West. Different eras and communities around the world may express themselves uniquely, yet they all share a deep connection to local knowledge, beauty, and customs. These inspire my artistic research, and I feel a responsibility to give something back in return. My work focuses on showing how cultures are connected through their collective efforts to bind people, nature, and materials together-highlighting the planet as a shared, unified home...
