Erik Egerer

Erik Egerer has more than 16 years of experience providing strategic advice to business owners across a variety of markets. Throughout his career he has advised clients in selling businesses, acquiring other companies, obtaining financing for growth, and restructuring balance sheets. Erik has completed transactions in building products, automotive, healthcare, heavy equipment, distribution, media & entertainment and food & beverage industries. Prior to BeaconView, Erik was a Director in the investment banking practice with Amherst Partners, a regional boutique financial services firm. Erik also worked with Grant Thornton, a global accounting and financial services firm, Stout Risius Ross, a regional valuation and financial advisory firm, and Brown Gibbons, Lang, a boutique investment banking firm. Erik has an MBA from Michigan State University and an undergraduate degree in business from Miami University. He is a registered representative of StillPoint Capital and holds the series 7, 63, 79 and 82 registrations. He lives in Troy with his wife and daughter. In his free time, Erik enjoys yoga, Michigan football and travel.

Jack DiFranco - Managing Director

Jack DiFranco is the founder and Managing Director of BeaconView Advisors, LLC and BeaconView Capital. With over 30 years of M&A and transaction experience, Jack has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. He has also served as financial advisor on financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt, and private equity. Throughout his career, Jack has served privately held business owners, publicly traded companies, and private equity firms. He has advised on transactions in a wide range of industries including automotive, building products, industrial equipment, food processing, IT services, health care, business services, software, distribution, television & radio, education, insurance, and retail. Prior to founding BeaconView, Jack led the Detroit practice for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. He also served as the National Managing Principal for the Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, and Private Equity Services Groups at Grant Thornton LLP. Preceding his experience at Grant Thornton, Jack founded and was the Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. Earlier in his career, Jack was a member of the Investment Banking Groups at First of Michigan Corporation and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Jack holds an M.B.A. degree (finance and corporate strategy) from the University of Michigan and a B.S. degree in finance from Oakland University. Jack is a registered representative of StillPoint Capital, holding his Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), 24 (General Securities Principal), 79 (Investment Banking Representative), and 82 (Private Securities Offering Representative) registrations. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan.

Thomas Frazee - Managing Director

Tom Frazee is the Managing Director of BeaconView's Valuation & Litigation Advisory Group. Mr. Frazee provides financial advisory services for clients in both litigious and non-litigious contexts. He has advised clients, legal counsel, and fact finders in hundreds of engagements involving complex issues of valuation, the forensic analysis of financial records, and economic damages in commercial litigation. Many of these engagements involved parties in the healthcare; automotive manufacturing and supply; real estate and construction; steel manufacturing, processing and distribution; and automotive dealership industries. Prior to joining BeaconView, Mr. Frazee formed Frazee Valuation & Forensic Consulting, was a Managing Director in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Group at UHY Advisors, and provided similar consulting services at a boutique consulting firm (SRR). Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation,is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the states of Illinois and Michigan, and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA. He is a 1996 graduate of Oakland University and graduated magna cum laude, with majors in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the CFA Institute. He served as the Chairman of the Auto Dealers Task Force of the MACPA, and is a past Member of the Economic Damages Task Force for the AICPA.
