Brooke Davis is an associate attorney for Beckum Law LLC. Brooke received her license to practice law in 2017, but has been working in the legal field for more than 7 years. Before joining Beckum Law, Brooke gained experience in family law, workman's compensation defense, and consumer law. Equipped with her wide-ranging legal experience, Brooke develops creative legal strategies for each client. Brooke devotes much her personal time towards community service. She volunteers in several service programs including Upward Basketball, Relay for Life, and AWANA. Brooke's passion for serving others fueled her desire to represent plaintiffs. William Brooks Beckum

Will Beckum has over fourteen years of experience representing individuals in complex and high stakes litigation in Alabama and throughout the country. Mr. Beckum has represented a wide range of clients, from large multi-national corporations to individuals and small businesses across the State of Alabama. He takes great pride in being an advocate and voice for people who have been wronged and treats each client, big or small, with the same level of respect. Mr. Beckum started his career after graduating with an engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1998. After practicing as an engineer for a few years, he attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was honored to be a member and editor of the Washington University Law Review. Mr. Beckum practiced law in St. Louis, Missouri for several years before moving to Birmingham, Alabama in 2008. He founded the Beckum Law practice to concentrate his litigation practice on high stakes employment discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower cases, and construction law. He also assists individual clients with estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Beckum has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of individuals and small businesses throughout Alabama. In 2017, he recovered $5.9 million dollars on behalf of a condominium association and owners in a Birmingham, Alabama development who had suffered significant construction related defects. He brings his unique background of technical expertise and legal experience to give his clients an edge in litigation. Mr. Beckum resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters.
