Aisha is our registered assistant and has been with our firm since 2022. She handles our processing and the day-to-day functions of the office. She has been in the industry since 2018, and holds her Series 7 & 66, and licensed in health, life, annuity, and property & casualty insurance.
Aisha and her husband, Jax, have a son born the day she had her interview with Jason. In her spare time, she likes to go to local events with her family. She's often in Valley Junction on Thursdays attending the farmer's market and Jingle in the Junction. On the weekends, she frequently visits her family in Missouri and her grandparents in Urbandale.
Jason Vos joined Chartered Financial Services in 2010 and has been in the financial services industry since 2007. As a retirement plan consultant, he educates plan participants on their options and ways to save in their retirement plans, and helps our corporate clients develop and maintain employer-sponsored plans. Jason also assists with creating and implementing retirement plan communications, including educational workshops, investment guidance, and one-on-one consultation with plan participants.
Jason graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in history education, minoring in economics. A certified financial planner™ professional who is committed to the financial planning process, he also holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Jason is a frequent participant at Iowa State alumni events, a Cyclone Club member, and a Cyclone Gridiron Club member. He and his wife, Tiffany, live in West Des Moines with their family. He is an active member at Lutheran Church of Hope and enjoys spending his free time with his family, watching/playing sports, or enjoying the outdoors.
Tara serves as our administrative assistant and has been with our firm since 2019. She is the friendly voice you hear on the phone and the welcoming face at the head of our office. As your initial point of contact, Tara is well-versed in the art of client service and strives to make your visit a pleasant and memorable experience.
Tara is a mother of five and loves to spend time with her kids. The family often cheer on her youngest at his sporting or school events. In the summer she enjoys boating and going to watch live music with friends and family. If she can get away, she loves to visit Colorado and the Ozarks.
