Jess West

Jess started working at the Crown and Conspirator, Bramhall before taking on the role (upstairs) as Supervisor of our very first vegan restaurant. Jess has loved learning all elements of her new role and the interesting vegan menu at Otto. When she's not at work, Jess loves walking her dog, shopping, and going out with her friends for food, glasses of Rosè and cocktails. Lau Ciociu

  • Head Chef at Otto Vegan Empire
Lau has been part of the Cheshire Pub Co. team for 4 years, and has successfully worked his way around most of our kitchens. Lau took the Head Chef role for Otto shortly after it opened and is passionate about great food and quality ingredients. He enjoys new challenges and can effortlessly adapt to different styles of cuisines. His team describe him as a team player as he brings fun and energy to the work place. He loves spending his spare time with family.

Meet Matt

Job Titles:
  • Company 's Managing Director
Meet Matt, the company's Managing Director. Matt is wonderfully Welsh and a humble country lad with a 25 year history in the hospitality industry. When he's not flying around the pubs, he spends time with his family and his country allotment.

Simon Larkin

Job Titles:
  • Roving Head Chef
Simon started his hospitality journey studying at St Helens catering college, where he achieved his NVQ level 3. Since, Simon's cooked for many celebrities including singer Neil diamond, Duncan Balentine, Jonny vegas and the whole of the St Helen's rugby team. He is a father of three who's favourite pass time is spent with family going for long country walks. His favourite dish is beef bourginion which you'll find him eating whilst listening to his favourite 80's & 90's music.
