Adrian Ionescu

Adrian is a consultant with Elevate, and heads up our Design Thinking initiative. Adrian drives cutting-edge customer experience initiatives and innovative design thinking programs that teach new skills and tools, and its participants apply them to solve existing cross-functional problems. Adrian also led a 120-member global team providing outsourced IT infrastructure services. Adrian is a meditation instructor and partners with the David Lynch Foundation and the Boulder Crest Retreat Foundation towards healing traumatic stress and raising performance in at-risk populations: veterans, refugees and victims of domestic violence. Adrian is the past president of AIESEC (largest youth run organization in the world) for both Romania and Ireland. Adrian is currently part of Impact HUB Austin and is very active in the community. He lives in Austin, Texas and is married with two young children.

Barbara Morris-Blake - CEO, Founder

With an exceptional ability to listen, engage, and motivate people, Barbara easily builds trust at all levels of an organization. She is also a popular speaker and speaks on a wide range of topics. Business and professional groups frequently call upon Barbara to share her insights on developing proficient leaders and cultivating a workplace culture of innovation. Barbara is a Certified Professional Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. She has a deep understanding of psychometric tools and is a Certified Lumina Practitioner and a Predictive Index Partner. A life-long learner, Barbara is currently completing her MBA in Coaching and Management from York St. John University. Giving back is part of her daily focus. She is a Board Member of the Texas Association of Business, and the Integral Care Foundation. Her passion is to support those with mental illness and their families. Barbara is a Member of the Local, State and Federal Advocacy Committee for the Austin Chamber of Commerce. She is also a founding member of Up With Women, a non-profit organization that partners previously homeless women with business coaches to help them develop in their careers. Barbara moved to Austin, Texas from Toronto, Canada in 2015 and still calls both home. She, and her husband, Jeff Heckler, live in Travis Heights with their two dogs.

David Macauley

David serves as a Consultant for Elevate. His key focus is on organizational development and change management. David partners with executives and entrepreneurs to increase managerial effectiveness, develop strategy, and deepen employee engagement. His extensive research on managerial leadership behavior, organizational culture, and enterprise technology make him a unique and powerful asset for business leaders looking to solve problems, build teams, and improve performance. Before his involvement with Elevate, David worked with independent business owners and corporate leaders in the financial services industry for more than a decade in multiple sales, training, and business development roles. David earned a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Tyler, specializing in Organizational Development and Change Management. He earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire and holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. David also earned a bachelor's degree in Theater Arts from Carleton College in Northfield Minnesota. His educational background and work focus areas demonstrate his passion for developing people, driving innovation, improving processes, and driving change to build value and culture for leaders and their organizations. He has been featured in Financial Advisor IQ, US News and World Report, MarketWatch, and Thrivent Magazine. In addition to his training, coaching, and program leadership experience, David is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Financial Consultant.

Drew Jones

Drew Jones is an organizational consultant, writer, and former business school professor. Over the past twenty years he has worked with both large public firms and small private firms on projects related to culture and leadership, employee experience design, workspace design, and organizational design. A founding partner at the workplace strategy and coworking consultancy- OpenWork Agency- over the past six years he has consulted with clients throughout the US and in Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. A cultural anthropologist by training, he has written three previous books, and his fourth book- Humans @Work: An Anthropologist's Guide to Managing People- will be published in the summer of 2020. He speaks and advises on: Design Thinking for Innovation, Managing Human Nature, the Culture of Coworking, the Remote Work Future, and the emerging theme of Anthropological Leadership. He is based in Austin, Texas.

Herb Dyer. Herb

Herb Dyer. Herb served recently as Vice President for Ascension Health, responsible for shared services across twelve hospitals serving the greater Austin area. Herb has a long successful history of leading complex capital projects and diverse teams. Herb shares his experience and expertise as an executive coach and as a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I ) trainer and facilitator. He understands leadership and develops and delivers dynamic programs. Ian Chamandy

Dr. Winters has a well-established track record of designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments resulting in performance and productivity improvements. Jeanette is a champion for the people she serves, from the chief executive officer to the front line customer service professionals, manufacturing technicians, and mid-level managers. Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C. She is a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant. Jill Perrin

Kristin Robertson

Kristin Robertson is a consultant for Elevate. She is an EOS Implementer, executive coach and leadership development trainer. As an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer, she works with businesses to get a grip on their operations, helping leaders instill discipline, focus and accountability into their companies. Based on the book Traction, EOS is a proven process that hundreds of thousands of companies have implemented to improve and grow their operations. Kristin moved from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to Austin, TX at the height of the pandemic in summer, 2020. She was on contract faculty at University of Texas - Dallas for five years, where she provided leadership development, company culture, communication styles and change management training to large organizations. As an executive coach, Kristin combines her business savvy with deep compassion to help leaders fulfill their potential. She has helped leaders transition to larger roles in their companies, break through the glass ceiling, and run effective and efficient teams. She also provides team coaching that starts with an assessment of current factors that lead to team effectiveness. Robert's 15-year managerial career was characterized by significant business accomplishments at blue chip companies such as Johnson & Johnson. This valuable experience serves as the foundation of his consulting practice that has helped develop management teams on 5 continents for organizations such as the Cirque du Soleil, IMS Health, FTI, Xstrata Nickel, ICAO, Hypertec, Phi Group, Hitek Logistic, Fednav, Jam Industries, and others. An esteemed career achievement includes designing and facilitating the original global leadership training program for the renowned Cirque du Soleil. Scott McIndless

Scott serves as a Senior Business Advisor for Elevate. His area of focus is in business development, marketing performance, business planning, and entrepreneurship. Scott has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with many of Canada's largest companies including, Canada Life, The Co-operators, and Heritage Education Funds. He began his career in sales and marketing elevating into executive roles, including Chairman of Heritage Education Funds (2004 - 2017) where he managed over $2.7 billion in assets. Scott is involved in the Toronto and York Region communities and served as co-Chair on the York Region School Council. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for Healthy Start Healthy Future, an initiative that has helped over 170,000 Canadians by providing on-going support for new and expectant parents.
