Dan Hamad

Dan Hamad has over thirty-five years of auditing, accounting, and tax experience within various industries with a concentration in audits of condominium and homeowners association for the last twenty years. Dan's auditing expertise and knowledge with condominium and homeowners associations has led to the felony convictions of three individuals in separate incidents for embezzlement of association funds. Dan Hamad graduated from St. Bonaventure University with an accounting degree in 1982, became a CPA in 1984. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of CPAs, and the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Jim Daly

Jim's professional background encompasses more than forty-eight years of senior, supervisory and management experience in public accounting; and, for the past thirty-seven years, he has focused on the community association industry. A graduate of the University of Dayton (1969), he is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of CPAs, and the Community Association Institute (CAI). Jim received his CPA designation in 1981. He spent nine years at KPMG before moving on to Berlin, Seguin, Karam & Ramos. He was a sole proprietor of James M. Daly, CPA from 1978 to 1998.
