Family Behavioral Services was founded in 2016. The founders Rodney Prat, B.S.N. and Hector Hernandez MBA, RIMHC, MS in Applied Behavior Analysis, CBHCM-S, with more than 20 years of combined experience in the healthcare industry setting in South Florida. Mr. Prat and Mr. Hernandez recognized that a vast majority of the behavioral health services offered were lacking in quality and availability.
