LITE

The latest update 4.0.7 adds HTML Ticket creation (also available with the Lite version) The created ticket content can be edited via the ISTicket.tt template. Premium members find this update on the FTP Server. The Lite Version is available in the Download area or for the first time also on OPAR... Intelligent Surface is now compatible with OTRS 6. It includes a brand new admin interface and more improvements. For all premium members it is available from now on available as FTP download. A Lite Version is also available at the download section. Premium memberships including the new version are discounted until April, 30 2018.
