Dr. Gurtej Singh is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as pain management. After attending William Penn Charter School, he earned his BS in biology at Elizabethtown College and his medical degree at Penn State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Medical Institute of Michigan. He was chief fellow in the Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Most recently Dr. Singh developed the physical medicine and rehabilitation - pain program at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) before joining Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland Division (OACM) of the Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO). During his residency, Dr. Singh also served as the team physician for the Warren Mott Varsity and JV football teams, as well as president of the Resident Council at the Detroit Medical Center. Over the past six years, he has been part of two different boards - one serving philanthropic initiatives for the Towson community and the other, the Board of Trustees, for his undergraduate school. Dr. Singh has also lectured on multiple occasions to residents in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Singh is a fellow of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Neuromodulation Society, North American Spine Society, and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is a speaker and instructor for Medtronic where he teaches physicians how to perform spinal cord stimulation, utilize intrathecal pumps, and treat spinal fractures with kyphoplasty.

Dr. Michael DeMarco

Dr. Michael DeMarco is a physiatrist with over 15 years of experience. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine, and electrodiagnostic medicine. His areas of interest include: Diagnosis and treatment of neck and low back pain Diagnosis and treatment of generalized joint pain Diagnosis and treatment of any numbness, tingling, or weakness in the extremities Comprehensive care for patients with chronic pain (minimizing the use of opioid medications) Dr. DeMarco hails from New Jersey, where he studied exercise science at Rutgers University. He earned his medical degree from the School of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2000. In addition to academic awards, he served as president of his class and president of the school. After medical school, Dr. DeMarco served in the US Army. He completed his internship and residency at the prestigious Walter Reed Army Medical Center. While in the military, he was recognized for excellence in education for medical residents. Dr. DeMarco is active in the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is chairperson of the Maintenance of Certification Committee of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and served as an oral examiner. He has authored several articles on combat casualty care, and a book chapter on the care of peripheral nerve trauma. When Dr. DeMarco is not doctoring, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two children, as well as cooking and playing golf.

Dr. George Brouillet retired 1/3/2022. Dr. Brouillet is beloved by patients, and has made a lasting impact on the local medical community. Upon his retirement he was presented with a bronzed "Instrument" or "bone hook" that he utilized throughout his years as an orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. George Brouillet Jr. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with more than 43 years of experience specializing in knee and shoulder surgery. Dr. Brouillet earned his medical degree and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. The Board is responsible for oversight of clinical and financial status, strategic short and long term planning for the hospital, and the integration of the facility with the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Brouillet has been closely affiliated with, and dedicated to the hospital for more than 45 years. He will continue to serve as Chief of Surgery, and Director of the Joint Replacement Program. He is also a member of the Medical Executive Committee and serves on several other hospital committees.
