The M1 NMTC Financing - Preliminary Assessment Tools (PAT) is the result of a two-year research and technology development effort between RealtyMetrix and InfoPlanIT. Our goal is to provide low income communities and organizations with cost effective, cost saving research and technology based tools that increase the market transparency and efficiencies for project development within these communities.
