PeoplePM is a training course developed by Intellilink... Since we're primarily a management consulting firm some people have thought it strange that we created a "people skills" training course. So here's how it happened . . . . A few years ago we were presenting at a project management conference down in Las Vegas. Prior to the conference we had completed a major process redesign & organizational change project for a global investment bank implementing an IT governance & portfolio management solution. The topic of our presentation was the importance of organizational change management while implementing IT governance . . . . basically the tools & processes for IT governance are pretty simple, but changing an organization to adopt this new way of working is incredibly difficult.
