Andrew Tobin was appointed Chief Financial Officer of ASX in September 2022. In this role, he is responsible for ASX's Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Strategy, ESG and National Facilities functions.
Andrew has more than 30 years' experience in various group finance and audit roles in Australia and Asia. Prior to ASX, Andrew was CFO at Challenger Limited (2012-2021), responsible for numerous operational areas including finance, investor relations, treasury, operations and information technology. He was Deputy CFO before that and has also worked at CBA, MLC and KPMG.

Blair Beaton joined ASX in 2017 as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and was appointed Group Executive, Listings in August 2022.
In this role, he leads the team responsible for the origination of listed primary and secondary equity, and investment products.
Blair has more than 25 years of experience advising boards and CEOs in Canada and Australia, working at investment management firm Challenger Limited as Head of Strategy and M&A, and advisory businesses PwC and Capital West Partners, an independent Canadian corporate finance advisory firm.
As ASX CSO for six years, he was responsible for developing, driving, and aligning ASX strategy, and overseeing ASX's Media and Communications function.

Clive Triance was appointed Group Executive, Securities and Payments, in August 2023. He is responsible for ASX's cash equities clearing and settlement businesses; ASX's settlement and depository business for the wholesale debt market; ASX Collateral, payments, and financial settlement management (FSM/Sympli); issuer and post-trade investor services; and overall executive responsibility for the delivery of CHESS replacement.
Clive has more than 30 years' experience at major financial services organisations in the UK. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Head of Strategic Account Management at FIS, a leading technology provider to the financial services sector with a global workforce of more than 60,000 people.
Prior to this, Clive has worked for major financial services firms including HSBC, Citi and Cantor Fitzgerald. He served as European CEO of US-based Penson Worldwide and was COO for Instinet Europe, a Nomura Group company operating in the electronic trading and alternative execution space. Clive is also a recognised public speaker and educator.

Dan Chesterman joined ASX in 2017 and was appointed Group Executive of ASX's Technology and Data business in July 2021.
In this role, Dan is responsible for ASX's Technology and Data businesses, which include the data products ASX distributes (market data, reference data, benchmarks and indices, and DataSphere), as well as ASX's data centre and connectivity services businesses, including the Australian Liquidity Centre (ALC) and ASX Net. Dan is also responsible for ASX's enterprise data strategy and platforms, the ASX Synfini DLT-as-a-Service offering and a team that focuses on disruptive technology and innovation.
Dan has extensive domestic and international financial services experience based on a 25+ year career spanning banking, technology, consulting and delivery in regulated markets across AsiaPac, Europe, North America and the UK.
Prior to his current role, Dan was ASX's Chief Information Officer (2017-2023), where he led ASX's technology teams and was responsible for the delivery of technology solutions and services aligned with ASX's business strategy. Before joining ASX, Dan was CIO for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's CommSec and Private Bank, led the technology teams supporting CBA's International Financial Services businesses in Asia, and worked as a management consultant with Accenture and Whittman Hart.
As Chair of Q ASX, ASX's LGBTQI+ employee networking group, Dan is a strong advocate for creating workplaces that are safe and inclusive, and where all employees feel supported to bring their whole selves to work.
Daniel Moran - Chief Compliance Officer
Daniel Moran was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in October 2022, responsible for admitting new entities and quoting new products on ASX's equity market, monitoring and enforcing compliance with ASX's rules by listed entities and investment product issuers, enforcement action against participants for breaches of ASX's rules, and related guidance and education activities.
Daniel joined ASX in 2010. He was appointed Group General Counsel and Company Secretary in October 2017, responsible for ASX's Legal, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Policy functions. Prior to that, he was Deputy General Counsel, working across the ASX businesses with a particular focus on ASX's corporate functions, transactions, and listings and issuers.
Before joining ASX, Daniel worked as a corporate and transactional lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney and London where he acted on acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings and restructures, as well as advising on a range of corporate legal, regulatory and governance issues.
Daniel is also Executive Sponsor of ASX Giving, ASX's employee networking group supporting staff giving, community connections and volunteering.

Darren Yip was appointed Group Executive, Markets in March 2023. He is a highly-skilled executive who brings more than 20-years' experience in global financial markets with a background in prime brokerage and equity markets.
In this role, Darren leads the Markets team which is responsible for ASX's cash and derivatives trading including equities, interest rates, commodities and energy products, benchmarks business, and derivatives and OTC clearing.
Having spent 12 years leading teams in the Asia Pacific from his base in Hong Kong, Darren was most recently with Morgan Stanley as Managing Director and Co-Head of Prime Brokerage from 2013 to 2021.
Prior to that, Darren was Morgan Stanley's Head of Delta One Structured Products where he led a team providing local access to Asia Pacific equity markets through OTC derivative products.

Diona (Dee) Rae joined ASX in May 2023 as Program Director, Delivery, to provide additional capacity and enterprise focus for ASX's delivery and regulatory programs. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in August 2023 and is responsible for the Enterprise Customer and Operations function, including project delivery, customer, brand and marketing, digital, and regulatory reporting.

Hamish Treleaven was appointed Chief Risk Officer in March 2017. He is responsible for designing and implementing all aspects of the risk management framework that ASX uses to operate and manage its business.
Hamish has extensive experience in financial markets risk management across all asset classes and product types.
Prior to joining ASX, Hamish was the Executive General Manager of Portfolio and Market Risk Management at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he worked from 2005 to 2017, with responsibility for risk management oversight of the Global Markets and Group Treasury businesses and for group-wide risk quantification for both regulatory and economic capital.
Hamish has extensive experience in derivative risk quantification and management, along with the related technology requirements. He has also been a Managing Director at Zurich Capital Markets Asia and Bankers Trust Australia.

Helen Lofthouse commenced as ASX's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in August 2022. She is an accomplished financial markets executive with more than 20 years' experience in cash equity and debt markets, listed and OTC derivatives, and clearing and settlement services.
Helen joined ASX in September 2015 and has held senior executive roles with the company, including Group Executive Markets - ASX's largest individual business by revenue - and before that, Executive General Manager of Derivatives and OTC Markets. In these roles, Helen was responsible for ASX's cash and derivatives trading, including equities, interest rates, commodities and energy products, ASX's international business development teams, benchmarks, and derivatives and OTC clearing.
Prior to joining ASX, Helen was a Managing Director at UBS (2011-2015) with global responsibility for the OTC clearing business and Head of Clearing and Execution Sales in Europe. She also worked at J.P. Morgan in London (1998-2011) in various businesses including futures and OTC clearing, derivatives prime brokerage, credit markets and cash equities. Her earlier career involved project management and technology consulting.
Helen was announced as one of the World Federation of Exchanges' (WFE) Women Leaders for 2021. She is passionate about the critical role ASX plays in Australian and New Zealand's financial markets and committed to ensuring it remains resilient and reliable. Helen is also an advocate for promoting and maintaining mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace.
Johanna O'Rourke - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Johanna O'Rourke was appointed Group General Counsel and Company Secretary in January 2023, having acted in the role since October 2022. In this role, she is responsible for ASX's Legal, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Policy functions.
Johanna joined ASX in January 2021 as Deputy General Counsel, working across ASX's business and functional lines with a particular focus on ASX's corporate, strategy, technology and data, listings and issuer functions.
Prior to joining ASX, Johanna was General Counsel - Commercial & Technology at QBE Insurance Group. She has 20 years' experience practising law in-house and in top tier law firms in New York and Australia.

Lisa Green was appointed Group Executive for Human Resources in August 2015. She is responsible for aligning employee and culture programs to meet ASX's strategic objectives.
In her role, Lisa has charge of diversity, learning and development, recruitment, performance management activities, compensation and benefit structures, HR policies and systems, and ongoing employee alignment and engagement initiatives.
Lisa has extensive experience within the financial services industry. She has held senior HR positions with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan in Sydney and New York. Prior to joining ASX, Lisa was Head of Global Vendor Management for JP Morgan's Real Estate division, with responsibility for overseeing the simplification and outsourcing of various real estate functions globally.

Mr Adrian Todd is one of three non-ASX Limited directors of ASX's clearing and settlement licensees for Australia's equity markets, ASX Clear Pty Limited and ASX Settlement Pty Limited. He is also a director of the ASX Group's other clearing and settlement subsidiaries.
Mr Todd has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
Mr Todd was Head of Global Capital Markets (Australia & New Zealand) for Deutsche Bank between 2017 and 2018 and also Head of Structured Origination (Asia-Pacific) for Deutsche Bank between 2015 and 2018. Prior to these roles, Mr Todd lead Deutsche Bank's Australian and New Zealand teams for Global Markets Structuring and its Strategic Transactions Group.

Mr John Buckley is a senior business leader with subject matter expertise spanning three decades across all facets of finance, risk, and operations in banks, hedge funds, trading firms and exchanges. Mr Buckley has held senior leadership roles at a number of financial services industry institutions, most recently as Co-Chief Operating Officer at Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited (2021-2022), Asia Chief Operating Officer at Citadel LLC & Citadel Securities (2018-2021), Asia Chief Risk Officer at JP Morgan Chase & Co (2015-2018), and Asia Chief Financial Officer at JP Morgan Chase & Co (2011-2015).
Mr Buckley has extensive experience in the area of internal governance, having chaired multiple internal risk and operating committees in his previous roles at JP Morgan and Citadel, and participating as a member of various internal governance committees while in his previous role at JPM.
Mr Buckley has previously held director appointments on the boards of a number of entities associated with HKEX, including Stock Exchange Hong Kong Limited, Hong Kong Futures Exchange, OTC Clearing Hong Kong Limited, and HKEX Post Trade Services Limited. Ms Colley has more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning the financial services, product development, technology and innovation sectors across many disciplines.
Ms Colley is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Information Technology and Human Resources Committees of ASX-listed salary packaging and leasing business, Smartgroup. Along with being a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Technology and Innovation Committee of CountPlus Limited, she is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Board Risk and Compliance Committee of Milford Asset Management Limited and Chair of Milford Australia Pty Limited. Ms Colley is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Digital Technology Committee of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections, a community based not-for-profit organisation.

Tim was announced as ASX's new Chief Information Officer in May 2023, following the creation of a stand-alone ASX technology division.
In this role, Tim is responsible for ASX's enterprise technology strategy and technology modernisation program; technology security and governance; technology infrastructure; and core technology functions of enterprise architecture, solutions engineering, quality engineering and testing, system integration and critical situation management.
Tim is a highly skilled technology transformation executive with more than 25 years' experience in technology and project execution roles in the financial services industry. He has a proven capability running core technology functions and delivering large-scale, complex technology transformations.
Tim joined ASX to lead the CHESS Replacement Solution Design work in November 2023.
Prior to ASX, he was General Manager of Westpac's Customer Service Hub program, Consumer and Business Banking (2020-2022), a position he held concurrently with his role as General Manager in Westpac's Group Technology division (2015-2022).
In his time with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (2003-2013), he held numerous technology and business roles, including as Technology Executive for Core Banking Modernisation program delivery.
Tim has also advised ASX 200 listed companies on technology-led transformations and was a Director in the Technology Advantage practice at Boston Consulting Group.
