TEK Guthrie was incorporated on 6th January 2001. It became a subsidiary of Guthrie GTS Limited upon completion of the joint-venture between TEK Precision Tooling and Guthrie GTS on 16th April 2001 - of which, all assets, liabilities, managment and staff, etc. will be transferred from TEK Precision Tooling Pte Ltd to TEK Guthrie Pte Ltd... TEK Precision Tooling Pte Ltd was first established in February 1989 and subsequently incorporated as a Private Limited in June 1991. Its businesses include Tool & Die design, Fabrication, Metal Stamping,Machining Services and Mechanical Sub- Over the years, the company had expanded from a small shop of about 3,000 sq. feet located in Commonwealth to the 81 Tuas Avenue terraced factory (in 1993) with an area of about 14,000 sq. feet.
