UCP is owned and operated by the non-profit United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas. The mission of UCP is to provide employment and fund services and programs for adults and children with disabilities... Initially funded in 2000 by a 3-year grant from the Arkansas Governor's Developmental Disabilities Council, Ultra Cartridge Products has been providing quality training and meaningful employment opportunities in our factory located in North Little Rock, Arkansas...
