URBANE KÜNSTE RUHR

On the occasion of the city anniversary, Urbane Künste Ruhr is dedicating itself to a Bochum cult site and its history: the former traditional pub "Die Uhle". For over 150 years, the restaurant in the heart of Bochum not only offered culinary discoveries, but also presented a large collection of stuffed animals. Since 2017, the artist duo Hecke/Rauter have been working on animal preparations and how they transport memories and stories.
