Distinction Windows Ltd is a family business managed by Wayne Duncan, who has worked in the carpentry and construction business for over 40 years. He was initially joined by his parents Hettie and Oscar and wife Nannette to help start and manage the company during its first 25 years... During the last three decades, we have had many employees join and gain key skills within the company, ranging from youth-to-work schemes to carpentry training pathways. Many employees that helped to start the business are still working with us. These include John Cox, Wayne Lewis, Astley Thomas and Jason Rogers. Through the years we have been fortunate to work with many other great employees which we still have the pleasure of keeping in touch with... As a business, we offer a huge range of potential services, from window repairs to installing products for large scale building projects. Over the years, we have carried out all types of work.
