Founded in 1997, 2D Electronics began as a small electronics repair shop. It specialized in industrial electronics and controls. At the same time we have been gaining experience in industrial automation serving plastics industry... In 2010, 2D Electronics & Automation took a new turn and with 3,000sqf facility began manufacturing turnkey automation systems for injection molding applications. We have successfully integrated automation systems with various types of injection molding machines and machine manufacturers. Majority of our work has consisted of insert overmolding. We have successfully designed automation for insert molding from 2 to 55 cavity molds.
