Asheville Studio 78 is a private well-equipped room/studio in downtown north Asheville. A short stroll to downtown--delicious restaurants, world-class Asheville Yoga Center and more. Peaceful front porch to enjoy the fresh air, birds, trees--your morning coffee or evening cocktail... CANCELATION POLICY: Deposits are refundable if canceling two weeks prior to check in date. No deposit will be refunded if canceling 13 days or less, unless we are able to re-rent the time frame you booked or a portion thereof. If we re-rent for same dates you booked you'll receive a full refund less Paypal fees. If we re-rent for a portion of the dates you canceled we will gladly prorate your refund for the days we were able to re-book.
