David Buckley's sales experience led him to pursue a career in industrial and commercial real estate. His background in working for national manufacturers has built a solid reputation for being client oriented.
David entered the commercial real estate field in 1997 with his focus on the Southeastern Wisconsin market.
David's method of marketing revolves around cold-calling, canvassing and referrals. He feels that personal contact in the marketplace is best achieved through face-to-face interaction. This method keeps him abreast of many opportunities for his clients before they become public knowledge. Numerous transactions have occurred through David's knowledge of the marketplace and his clients. By carefully listening to his clients' needs, David has identified opportunities, placed them under contract and closed the transactions before other real estate professionals ever knew they were available.
David's experience in brokerage includes sales, leasing, tenant representation, valuations and cases for property tax reductions.

James T. Barry III has served for over twenty years as the president and CEO of The Barry Company and oversees its sales force.
His responsibilities include office, industrial, retail and investment brokerage, sale/leasebacks, tenant representation, confidential acquisitions, real estate consulting, expert witness testimony and site search and assemblage projects.
Under Mr. Barry's leadership, The Barry Company has won the CARW "Deal of the Year" Award year after year for the firm's role in structuring complex and creative industrial, office, retail and investment real estate transactions.
Mr. Barry was named REALTOR of the Year by the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin (CARW) in 2013 and received the 2013 National Commercial Broker Award from the National Association of Realtors.

Kurt Van Dyke has historically been one of The Barry Company's leading producers.
With more than 30 years of industrial brokerage experience, he focuses primarily on the sale and leasing of large industrial and warehouse facilities.
His experience negotiating some of the region's most complex transactions has won him top honors in the commercial real estate industry.

Kyle joined the Barry Company in early 2022
Kyle Eckerman joined The Barry Company after spending 2+ years working in the commercial construction industry as a superintendent for Venture Construction Group.
Kyle uses his unique knowledge of the commercial market developed through his construction experience to assist clients in finding the best value for their properties.
Nick Zurich joined The Barry Company in 2019 after spending 11+ years selling IT consulting services across the industries of healthcare, manufacturing and technology.
