Dawn M. DiStefano, CPA graduated from Central Connecticut State University in May 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Ms. DiStefano has over 20 years of public accounting experience in the "small local firm" environment. She has been with Bobrow & Company, P.C. since October of 1994, and a principal of the firm since 2004.
Dawn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. DiStefano's primary responsibilities in the firm include specialized audits including ERISA employee benefit plan audits and audits for other "not for profit" organizations. Her responsibilities also include review, compilation and tax engagements for various small and medium sized businesses.
Wayne Thornton, CPA, graduated from Western Connecticut State University in May 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and has also obtained his Masters Degree in the Science of Taxation from the University of Hartford.
In addition to being certified in the state of Connecticut as a Certified Public Accountant, he is also a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Thornton joined Bobrow & Company, P.C. in July of 1997. His primary responsibilities include audits of ERISA Employee Benefit Plans and Non-Profit Organizations and review, compilation and preparation engagements of small businesses, as well as tax return preparation for these businesses, estates and trusts, and individual tax return preparation.

Morris A. Morgenstein, CPA graduated from Syracuse University in May 1973 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Public Accountants.
Mr. Morgenstein has over 40 years of experience in public accounting with both local and national firms. He has been a principal of Bobrow & Company, P.C. since 1982. He has served on various boards and committees of both not-for-profit and for-profit entities in the greater Hartford area during his career.
His primary responsibilities in the practice include firm administration, compilation and review engagements, tax consulting for small and medium-sized businesses and for individuals, management advisory services, and real estate consulting. Other professional experience includes assistance with start-up operation of small businesses in various industries, evaluations of small businesses for purchase and sales, and assisting small business owners with solving business problems and improving the business on numerous levels.

Ronald G. Mamrosh, CPA, JD received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May 1990. He graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in May 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the School of Management.
Mr. Mamrosh has experience in public accounting, as well as experience as a controller for a "not-for-profit" organization. He has been with the firm of Bobrow & Company, P.C. since 1985, and has been a principal of the firm since 1992.
Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Mamrosh is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of New York and is licensed as an attorney by the State of Connecticut and he is a member of the United States Tax Court Bar.
