BRIT GROWERS

Brit Growers is a community based social enterprise giving local people the opportunity to gain skills and confidence in growing and beyond, and provide access to good quality local food... Brit Growers Ltd is a community organisation setup by local residents, for local residents, to improve and enhance their local community, develop facilities and raise aspirations. We do this through craft groups, a plant and heritage fruit tree nursery, a market garden and developing social enterprise and job opportunities. Our small shop is a place for local craftspeople to showcase their skills... We are based in the heart of Gilfach Goch, a small Welsh valley which was the setting and the inspiration for the film and book How Green Was My Valley.
