Charlie's Web Factory is the creation of Charlie and Rebekah Pappas. Our experience and collaboration in designing and building custom websites extends back to 2001. Bringing our different backgrounds and perspectives together for every project enables us to create designs that are clean, elegant and rich with media features... Charlie has 35 plus years in the software application development industry. He has worked for several software manufacturing companies including Lotus Development and IBM. Charlie also manages a commercial and portrait photography company.
