CHIBBY WIBBITZ

A long-held dream, Chibby Wibbitz is the organic, homemade creation of Tim's dharma (that's why the food is always delicious!). I joke that the truck is Tim in vehicle form... Having now expanded to both a truck and the kitchen at Crimson & Gold Tavern, Chibby Wibbitz is truly a family enterprise! With me (Natalie) on the operations side of things and our older son and younger twins occasionally in the window (all of whom think they own both Crimson & Gold and the truck), our lives revolve around good food and feeding you. With hard work, love, & dharma, the whole family helps make it happen... Denver food truck and caterer serving sandwiches, sliders, loaded tots, and more. Also available Thursday through Saturday from the kitchen at Crimson and Gold Tavern near the DU campus.
