Community Home Builders & Associates - our mission is to provide affordable housing to low income family and senior households... CHBA has an ownership interest in twelve affordable housing communities, comprising over 1,264 units that provide low income housing for families and seniors. The communities have been financed with low income housing tax credits. We work with an extensive network of partners throughout California, including local governments, for-profit developers, local and national lenders, syndicators, and corporate investors, to help us produce, preserve, and protect vibrant communities for those most in need.
