Dr. Gennaula received both his bachelor's and medical degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his medical training at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital and his Neurology Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has over 30 years of experience in the practice of neurology and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Gennaula serves as the Medical Director for the stroke units at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and the Monongahela Valley Hospital. He has played a central role in the development of the stroke protocols used at both hospitals. Dr. Gennaula also has a specialized focus in neuroimaging and is board certified by the American Society of Neuroimaging.

Dr. Kumari completed her medical training at Marshall University Hospital in Virginia and her Neurology Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She then went on to complete a Neurophysiology Fellowship in EEG and EMG at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Kumari is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She joined Dr. Gennaula in general neurology practice in 2004.
