CPM-PARTNERS - Key Persons
Born in 1974, Christophe has about 15 years of experience in Equity Reseach, Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Re-organization.
Having started his career at Accenture, Christophe became Equity Research Analyst at Bank Degroof, one of Belgium's most recognized Private and Investment Bank. His role at Bank Degroof was to analyze, assess the value and recommend the acquisition or disposal of a serie of small and mid cap companies listed on NYSE-Euronext.
Then, he joined the Boston Consulting Group where he led a high number of Corporate Development projects (buyer and vendor due diligences, geographical expansion strategies...) for large multi-nationals.
Convinced that his background could even better serve small and medium sized companies, Christophe launched CPM-Partners sprl, targeting clients with less than 200M turnover. Among his management duties performed on behalf of CPM-Partners sprl, Christophe currently acts as "VP Business Development and Marketing" for dcinex and is member of the Board of Directors of multiple companies across Europe.
In terms of education, Christophe earned an M.Sc. in Finance from HEC-ULg (Belgium), a European Financial Analysis post-Master degree from EFFAS (Belgium-France) and a Master in Business Administration from HEC Paris. He speaks fluently French and English and has a very good command of Dutch.
