These services are designed for you to look at the current factors of substance usage that may result in negative and life impacting consequences... CREATE provides education programs for individuals who are beginning to question their substance usage patterns and the consequences that follow. These classes are available to first time, low level and DUI offenders. Classes are accepted by MN Department of Public Safety and all County Corrections.
