Daniel Gunkel war über 15 Jahre Fußballprofi, der unteranderem beim 1. FSV Mainz 05 oder auch bei Eintracht Frankfurt spielte. Nach seiner Karriere entschied er sich eine Umschulung zum Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann und ergänzte diese durch verschiedenste Personal Trainer Scheine. Herr Gunkel ist seit letztem Jahr Teil unseres Teams und seine Aufgabe ist es, gesunde Lebensgewohnheiten in unserem Team zu etablieren und persönliches Training & Kurse anzubieten. Ein körperlich und geistig starkes Team zu haben, ist für uns unglaublich wichtig und hilft uns dabei unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Zusätzlich akquiriert er potenzielle Interessenten für verschiedene Projekte.
Daniel Gunkel was a professional soccer player for over 15 years, playing for 1. FSV Mainz 05 and Eintracht Frankfurt, among others. After his career, he decided to retrain as a sports and fitness merchant and supplemented this with various personal trainer certificates. Mr. Gunkel has been part of our team since last year and his task is to establish healthy lifestyle habits in our team and to offer personal training & courses. Having a physically and mentally strong team is incredibly important to us and helps us achieve our goals. Additionally, he acquires potential prospects for various projects.

Daniel Lucht ist gelernter Industriemeister in der Fachrichtung Akustik- und Trockenbau. Seine Berufserfahrung sammelte er europaweit als Polier im Ladenausbau und als Bauleiter im Bereich des Innenausbaus. Zudem war er jahrelang selbstständig als Trockenbaumonteur tätig. Seit 2018 ist er Teil unseres Teams und trägt mit seiner Erfahrung wesentlich zum reibungslosen Ablauf auf unseren Baustellen bei.
Daniel Lucht is a qualified industrial expert in the field of acoustics and drywall construction. He gained his professional experience throughout Europe as a foreman in store fitting and as a site manager in the field of interior finishing. In addition, he worked independently as a drywall fitter for many years. Since 2018 he is part of our team and contributes with his experience significantly to the smooth flow on our construction sites.

André Zeller is a skilled construction worker and subsequently expanded his knowledge with a university degree in civil engineering. With these achievements as a foundation, he can look back on over 30 years as a construction manager/project manager in the development of renovation projects and new buildings. With the additional experience in the coordination from shell construction to turnkey construction, Mr. Zeller has been an important part of our team since 2021.
Matthias Gropp studierte Bauingenieurwesen an der Brandenburgischen Technischen Universität in Cottbus, nachdem er zuvor 1,5 Jahre lang als Baufacharbeiter tätig war und bereits praktische Baustellenerfahrung sammeln konnte. Seit 1991 war er freiberuflich als Hochbauingenieur im Bereich der Planung und Bauüberwachung tätig. 2016 schloss er sich der CREST Investment GmbH an und unterstützt unser Unternehmen somit von Anbeginn an durch sein fundiertes Fachwissen und jahrelange Erfahrung im Hochbau.
Matthias Gropp studied structural engineering at the Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus, having previously worked as a skilled construction worker for 1.5 years and already gained practical construction site experience. Since 1991, he has been working as a freelance structural engineer in the field of design and construction supervision. In 2016 he joined CREST Investment GmbH and thus supports our company from the very beginning with his profound expertise and years of experience in structural engineering.

Heike Hoßmann is a property manager at our own property management company, G&W Haus- und Grundstücksverwaltung GbR. She joined our team in 2019 and manages our existing properties carefully and reliably thanks to her sound professional experience in the real estate industry.

Jannes Schindler studied up to his Bachelor's degree at the University of Kassel and completed his M.Sc. in Architecture at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences. In the past, Mr. Schindler worked in various architectural offices with a focus on residential construction and interior design, and gained skills in wood and metal construction through his independent work in furniture design. Since 2023 he has been a full member of the CREST group of companies and covers various design and architectural tasks in addition to his work in project management.

Lars Kockott absolvierte eine Ausbildung zum Maurer. Zu seiner Berufserfahrung zählen Tätigkeiten als Maurer, Putzer und Betonprüfer. Des Weiteren war er im Bereich des Transportbetons beschäftigt, unter anderem als Verkaufsberater, Disponent, Anlagen- u. Sattelzugfahrer, sowie als Prüfer im Betonlabor. Außerdem war er jahrelang selbstständig im Baustoffgewerbe tätig und kennt sich bestens mit allen Rohbaumaterialien aus. Bei der CREST Investment GmbH ist er seit 2019. Er koordiniert unser Team tatkräftig auf den Baustellen und agiert selbst im Bereich des Tiefbaus, sowie als Fuhrparkleiter für die firmeneigenen Großgeräte.
Lars Kockott completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer. His professional experience includes work as a bricklayer, plasterer and concrete tester. He has also worked in the ready-mixed concrete sector, including as a sales consultant, dispatcher, plant and truck driver, and concrete laboratory tester. In addition, he was self-employed in the building materials industry for many years and is very familiar with all raw building materials. He has been with CREST Investment GmbH since 2019, actively coordinating our team on the construction sites and acting himself in the field of civil engineering, as well as fleet manager for the company's own large equipment.
Er verfügt über fundierte Erfahrung sowohl in kleineren Handwerksfirmen, als auch auf Großbaustellen. Des Weiteren war er im Verkauf und als Lagerist im Sanitärgroßhandel tätig, weshalb er sich mit den gängigen Sanitärherstellern und Produktpaletten bestens auskennt. Seit 2020 ist Herr Redlich für die CREST Investment GmbH tätig und unterstützt uns unermüdlich in allen Bauprojekten im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.
Lars Redlich is a trained plumber and sanitary engineer. He has profound experience both in smaller craft companies and on large construction sites. Furthermore, he worked in sales and as a warehouse clerk in sanitary wholesale, which is why he is very familiar with the common sanitary manufacturers and product ranges. Since 2020, Mr. Redlich has been working for CREST Investment GmbH and supports us tirelessly in all construction projects in the field of technical building equipment.

Lukas Stockmaier studied architecture at the University of Kassel and at the Technical University of Berlin until 2023. In his master's thesis, he dealt with the residential and socio-psychological aspects of architecture in order to decisively improve the residential quality of future building projects. In addition to several years of experience in renowned architectural offices and with state-of-the-art planning software, he can now contribute this expertise as a project manager and planner for the residential construction projects of the CREST group of companies.

Er war jahrelang in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Versorgungstechnik tätig und sammelte Berufserfahrung in den Schwerpunkten Sanierung, Reparatur und Erweiterung. Seit 2019 ergänzt Herr Beitel tatkräftig unser Team und unterstützt uns in den technischen Abläufen der Baustellen.
Martin Beitel has been a master gas and water engineer since 1992 with a gas concession and registration with the NBB and entry in the plumber's register of the Berliner Wasserbetriebe.
He worked for many years in different areas of supply engineering and gained professional experience in the main areas of renovation, repair and extension. Since 2019, Mr. Beitel has been an active addition to our team and supports us in the technical processes of the construction sites.

Marvin Wegner is a qualified real estate and industrial salesman. Before becoming self-employed, he worked in sales for some of Germany's leading building materials trading companies. In 2016, he founded CREST Investment GmbH and has since been implementing numerous exclusive residential construction projects in Berlin and Brandenburg together with his team. In doing so, he continues the long-standing tradition of the Wegner family, which has always been active in the construction industry. Thanks to his young and dynamic management style, CREST Investment GmbH is continuously climbing the ladder of success.
Marvin Wegner ist gelernter Immobilien- und Industriekaufmann. Vor seiner Selbstständigkeit war er im Vertrieb einiger führender Baustoffhandelsunternehmen Deutschlands tätig. 2016 gründete er die CREST Investment GmbH und setzt seitdem zusammen mit seinem Team zahlreiche exklusive Wohnungsbauprojekte in Berlin und Brandenburg um. Damit führt er die jahrelange Tradition der Familie Wegner fort, welche seit jeher in der Baubranche tätig ist. Dank seines jungen und dynamischen Führungsstils klettert die CREST Investment GmbH kontinuierlich die Erfolgsleiter hoch.

Pawel Duda ist seit 2021 bei der CREST Investment GmbH. Der gelernte zum Kfz-Mechatroniker hat eine breit gefächerte Berufserfahrung. Unter anderem war er jahrelang als Sicherheitsmitarbeiter in der Gastronomieabsicherung sowie Objektleiter im Brandsicherheitswachdienst und Objektschutz tätig. In unserem Team ist er Fuhrparkleiter und kümmert sich verantwortungsbewusst um die PKW unserer Mitarbeiter.
Pawel Duda has been with CREST Investment GmbH since 2021. The trained automotive mechatronics technician has a wide range of professional experience. Among other things, he worked for many years as a security guard in the catering industry and as a property manager in the fire security guard service and property protection. In our team he is the fleet manager and responsibly takes care of the cars of our employees.
Robert Sasse ist gelernter Elektroinstallateur mit Gesellenbrief. Seit 1986 trägt er die Zusatzbezeichnung Meister im Elektrohandwerk. Mit seiner langjährigen und fundierten Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation, Stark- und Schwachstrom, Wohnungs,- Büro,- und Gewerbeinstallation, sowie im Zähler- und Hausanschlussanmeldewesen der Energieversorger ist Herr Sasse ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams wenn es um die praktischen Belange der Baustellen geht. Seit 2019 ist er bei der CREST Investment GmbH tätig.
Robert Sasse is a trained electrician with a journeyman's certificate. Since 1986 he has held the additional title of master craftsman in the electrical trade. With his many years of sound professional experience in electrical installation, high and low voltage current, residential, office and commercial installation, as well as in metering and house connection registration of energy suppliers, Mr. Sasse is an important part of our team when it comes to the practical concerns of the construction sites. Since 2019 he has been working for CREST Investment GmbH.
Sabine Böhnke ist der Inbegriff einer erfolgreichen Quereinstiegerin. Die gelernte Bekleidungsschneiderin arbeitete zunächst einige Jahre in der Modebranche, bis sie sich für den Wechsel in die Baubranche entschied. Sie sammelte zunächst Erfahrung als technische Zeichnerin in Planungsbüros und kletterte Schritt für Schritt die Erfolgsleiter hoch. Ab 2013 war sie in der Projektentwicklung und im Projektmanagement bei einem bekannten deutschen Immobilienentwicklungsunternehmen tätig. Seit 2020 bereichert sie die CREST Investment GmbH mit ihrer Zuverlässigkeit und Kreativität im Bereich der Projektsteuerung.
Sabine Böhnke is the epitome of a successful career changer. The trained clothing tailor initially worked in the fashion industry for several years until she decided to switch to the construction industry. She first gained experience as a technical draftswoman in planning offices and climbed the ladder of success step by step. From 2013, she worked in project development and project management at a well-known German real estate development company. Since 2020 she enriches CREST Investment GmbH with her reliability and creativity in the field of project management.
Saskia Engelkes is a qualified retail saleswoman. She has been part of CREST Investment GmbH since 2021 and since then, as a back office manager, she reads our employees' every wish from their eyes. She ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at the company and also supports our employees with her extensive knowledge of foreign languages.
Sophie Jennings ist der kreative Kopf hinter unseren Profilen in den Sozialen Netzwerken. Sie ist seit 2019 im Team und gestaltet aktiv das Erscheinungsbild der CREST Investment GmbH mit.

Tobias Schöne is a trained carpenter. He served in the German Armed Forces from 1998 to 2010 and was deployed abroad several times, where he graduated as a logistics master during his military service. In 2012, Mr Schöne trained to become a master craftsman for protection and security and then founded his security company, where he took on government and civilian tasks as well as adult education. From 2017 onwards, he dedicated himself to more specialised protection tasks for people at risk. Since the beginning of 2022, Mr Schöne has been supporting CREST Investment GmbH with his wide-ranging knowledge in many areas.
Torsten Markus is a trained painter and varnisher. He already has 36 years of professional experience, of which he successfully ran his own company for 13 years. In 2020, Mr. Markus joined CREST Investment GmbH and has since then devotedly supported our company in the interior finishing phases of construction projects.
Uljana Joffe completed an apprenticeship as a retail saleswoman and then expanded her expertise by studying public management. As a managing director in the import/export department she proved her skills in other companies in the past. Since the foundation of CREST Investment GmbH Mrs. Joffe supports our company with heart and soul in the area of financial accounting and as assistant to the management. Furthermore, our company benefits from Ms. Joffe's profound language skills.
Uljana Joffe absolvierte eine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau im Einzelhandel und erweiterte dann ihr Fachwissen durch ein Studium des Public Management. Als Geschäftsführerin im Bereich Import/Export stellte sie in der Vergangenheit Ihr Können bei anderen Unternehmen unter Beweis. Bereits seit der Gründung der CREST Investment GmbH unterstützt Frau Joffe mit Leib und Seele unser Unternehmen im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung. Des Weiteren profitiert unser Unternehmen von Frau Joffes fundierten Sprachkenntnissen.

Viktoria Vollmer-Shukow successfully completed her studies in economics with a specialization in "Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activity". She has been working continuously in the field of accounting since 1990. With her profound professional experience, Ms. Vollmer-Shukov is well equipped to deal with all issues related to finance and accounting. Since 2020, she has enriched CREST Investment GmbH with her reliability and aplomb. Furthermore, Ms. Vollmer-Shukov supports our team with her foreign language skills in communicating with international business partners.
