David was a highly effective CFO in our international consulting and franchising start up business, demonstrating both outstanding technical accounting skills and strong practical commercial experience. He was responsible for the adoption of a tax effective corporate structure for our global operations and for accounting for multi-currency transactions in Thailand, India, China, Canada, Guatemala and Costa Rica. He produced comprehensive multi-currency management accounts with extremely limited financially resources and was excellent at managing and forecasting our cash flows so critical in the start up phase. David was extremely successful in his role as the key liaison contact with our private equity investors
David Cutler has nearly 40 years' experience applying innovative solutions to a wide range of financial challenges in organizations of all sizes.
He holds an MBA from Colorado State University, an MA from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge, United Kingdom and is both a UK Chartered Accountant and an award winning America Certified Public Accountant. David is also a UK Certified Tax Advisor and a US Certified Valuation Analyst.
David has served as a Board Director and CFO both for multi-million dollar corporations and boot strapping IPOs in the telecom, precious metals, oil & gas, and financial services industries.
