To register for Dr. Daub's computerized system, select "Login" on the homepage, then "Register here"... If you do not cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $50 for a routine appointment, and $100 for a complete physical exam appointment. We strive every day to accommodate urgent patient issues. Missing an appointment without proper notification not only results in lost revenue for the office, but (more importantly) significantly affects our care for other patients.
