Originally from Lithuania, Antanas Grimalauskas became part of Dierks+Company after finishing his law studies at Humboldt-Universitaet in Berlin as a scholar of the German Academic Exchange Service in 2020.
Prior to joining Dierks+Company he worked as a law student assistant on a project for automated driving funded by German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. He was also engaged as a tutor for German civil law at the Technical University Berlin.
His field of expertise lies in data protection law and market entry/reimbursement strategies for digital health products.
At Dierks+Company, Antanas is preparing topical presentations on current legal developments, drafting memoranda, and compiling legal opinions on data protection and social law topics. Prior to joining Dierks+Company she finished her Ph.D. at the Chair of Health Care Management and Health Services Research.
Through her studies in Health Economics at the University of Bayreuth she has acquired extensive knowledge about the structure of the German healthcare system and the different stakeholders.
She worked as a research and teaching assistant analyzing for example the health economic impact of vector-borne diseases spreading due to climate change. She was also involved in a project supporting Roche in an economic and clinical assessment of new diagnostics. Besides, Fabienne held lectures with a focus on pricing in the German healthcare market, medical decision making, and epidemiology.
Her doctoral thesis focuses on personalized medicine in the field of oncology. One aspect was to aide health care providers in the introduction of new medical services by applying health economic modeling. She also mapped cost-effectiveness potentials as well as patient relevant outcomes in order to derive reimbursement strategies.

Steffen studied Law at the Universities in Frankfurt/Main, Geneva and Heidelberg. He holds a PhD in Law, a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and an Executive Master of Business and International Law from the University of St. Gallen.
