As VP Accounting of Dundon Capital Partners, Austin is responsible for overseeing the accounting function, providing financial reporting, and assisting with due diligence.
Prior to his role at DCP, Austin spent 5 years at ExxonMobil in both the Controller's and Treasurer's organizations. During his time at ExxonMobil, he worked in various corporate reporting roles across the upstream portfolio and most recently as a financial trader in the Americas Treasury Center. Austin holds both an M.S. and B.B.A. in Accounting as well as an Energy Management Concentration from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Callie is responsible for day to day executive admin tasks like managing the schedule and communications of key company executives, maintaining files, and prioritizing email responses and management.
Prior to her role at DCP, Callie worked for several businesses in an executive admin role. Callie graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland with a degree in History and Management. In addition to her role at DCP, she serves as a member of the National Junior League of Dallas.
Case is responsible for financial modeling, transaction analysis and execution, portfolio company monitoring and due diligence.
Prior to his role at DCP, Case was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan's Energy Investment Banking Group focusing on oil, gas and energy transition M&A and capital markets advisory. Case graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University, where he holds a B.B.A in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management.
Bringing over 12 years of experience, John manages day-to-day investment activities at Dundon Capital Partners. Formerly Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at Santander Consumer USA, John was responsible for all corporate strategy, asset management and capital markets activities of the company. John additionally serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Employer Direct Healthcare LLC, where he leads all operational activities and is responsible for the company's growth initiatives.
Prior to his role at Santander Consumer USA, John was Vice President at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in the Investment Banking Division. John earned his Bachelors in Political Science from Colgate University.

As Chief Financial Officer of Dundon Capital Partners, Matt is responsible for all transaction execution, operations, financial reporting and portfolio company monitoring. Matt also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Carolina Hurricanes.
Prior to his role at DCP and the Carolina Hurricanes, Matt was a member of the Citi Mergers & Acquisitions team focusing on automotive and aerospace and defense transactions. Matt holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management from Southern Methodist University. In addition to his roles at DCP and the Hurricanes, Matt serves as a Board member of the Don Jackson Center for Financial Studies at SMU.

Prior to launching DCP, Tom served as Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Santander Consumer USA, a publicly-traded automotive and consumer financing company. Tom is a highly-noted entrepreneur with business interests across the financial services, technology, hospitality, entertainment, energy and real estate sectors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Callaway. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
